Order Cancellation
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be cancelled. Eligibility depends on whether procurement, customisation, manufacturing, dispatch, installation or other fulfilment activities have commenced.
Custom or Special Orders
Products procured, manufactured, configured or customised specifically for a customer may not be cancellable or refundable after applicable work or procurement has commenced, except where required by law or agreed in writing.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If an item is received damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly with order details and supporting information. We will review the matter subject to applicable product and commercial terms.
Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. Processing time may depend on banks and payment providers.
